Let me introduce myself – I’m Craig. After relocating from the Hunter Valley in 2019, the Sunshine Coast quickly became home for my family and I, building on a connection we’ve had with the area for over 16 years.
I founded IBUY4U to offer a more personalised, client-focused approach to property buying. Over the past four years operating on the Sunshine Coast, we’ve established a strong presence in the market, purchasing on average two properties per month for our clients. Through consistent results, we’ve built strong relationships with local agents and are well respected within the industry – giving our clients access to opportunities both on and off market.
Having personally bought and sold property on the coast, I understand the process from both sides. I keep my client list intentionally small to ensure every client receives a high level of service, clear communication, and a strategy tailored to their goals. This allows us to act quickly and secure the right property – often within 45 days – while staying aligned with budget and long-term objectives.
My focus is simple: to be a trusted partner who guides you from search to settlement, ensuring you make confident, well-informed decisions every step of the way.
Outside of work, I enjoy a good coffee, spending time with my family, and making the most of the Sunshine Coast lifestyle.
