A buyer’s agent fee can vary from each agent. We charge a “flat fee” as opposed to a percentage, and our own fee structure consists of two parts:
- Sign Up Fee: $3,000 (inc. GST) payable after the strategy session and before we begin the search process.
- Final Fee: $12,000 (inc. GST) paid when the property is secured and all conditions are met or on settlement with prior agreement.
Totalling $15,000 (inc. GST)
The agreement can last up to 6 months, with the option to negotiate an extension. While you can cancel the agreement at any time, the sign-up fee is non-refundable.
Although we can’t guarantee saving the entire fee, we aim to find the right property at the best price, often resulting in savings that cover our fee, while also reducing your time, stress and interactions with sales agents.
